Time Standard: Eastern Standard Time (EST), permanently fixed at UTC–05:00, with no adjustments for Daylight Saving Time or any other time-change system. This fixed UTC–05:00 standard is the sole legally controlling time zone for all deadlines, interpretations, notices, and obligations under these Terms, regardless of user location or local timekeeping practices.

This Legal Change Log is the public record of updates to Chill Zone’s legal documents and policies. Where a legal document itself includes its own change/notice rules, that document controls. This log is intended for transparency and tracking—not as a substitute for reading the documents themselves.

I. Purpose of this Legal Change Log

This page records changes to Chill Zone’s legal documents (including policies, disclosures, and contractual terms). It exists so you can quickly see what changed, when it changed, and which documents were impacted.

II. How to read this log

A. Log entries

Each entry includes:

Change date (posted date under the controlling time standard stated above);
Effective date (the date the change applies, if different);
Document(s) affected (and a filename reference where applicable);
Change summary (high-level description);
Change type (administrative, clarification, or material).

B. Ordering

The most recent entry appears at the top. Older entries are archived below.

III. What changes are logged

A. Material changes

We generally log material changes, including changes that affect user rights, obligations, enforcement, pricing rules, refunds, licensing restrictions, dispute terms, privacy disclosures, or processing purposes.

B. Non-material changes

We may also log non-material updates (for example: formatting, typo corrections, cross-link updates, or structure improvements). Not every non-material change will necessarily be recorded, unless we believe it is helpful for clarity.

IV. Notice, acceptance, and controlling documents

A. Posting rule

Unless a specific document states otherwise, updated legal documents become effective when published with a revised effective date. Continued use of Chill Zone after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the fullest extent permitted by law.

B. If this log conflicts with a document

If any conflict exists between this Legal Change Log and the text of any legal document, the document text controls. This log is a summary record and does not replace the documents themselves.

VI. Archive and retention of prior versions

We may retain prior versions of legal documents for recordkeeping, compliance, and dispute-resolution purposes. Older versions may not be publicly accessible at all times. Where legally required, we may provide prior versions upon request or as otherwise required by applicable law.
