Refunds & Returns Policy
I. General Policy Overview
This Policy governs all purchases of Digital Goods, Physical Goods, and related services offered by Chill Zone. Because Digital Goods are delivered immediately and most Physical Goods are produced on demand, refund eligibility is limited to the specific situations identified in this Policy, subject to applicable law.
II. Digital Goods (audio, wallpapers, downloadable files)
Digital Goods are delivered once the content becomes accessible, downloadable, or when a download link or equivalent access is provided. Delivery is considered complete regardless of whether you choose to download or locally store the content.
Due to the nature of downloadable content, Digital Goods are generally non-refundable, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws require otherwise.
EU/EEA customers:
If you consent at checkout to immediate digital delivery, you acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal
ends once delivery begins, as permitted by law.

III. Physical Goods (apparel and printed merchandise)
Physical Goods may be eligible for replacement or refund only under the following circumstances:
- The item arrives damaged during transit;
- The item contains a manufacturing or printing defect;
- The item materially differs from its published product description or approved mockup.
Because most Physical Goods are produced on demand, change-of-mind returns are not accepted, except where required by applicable law.
Non-qualifying issues include, but are not limited to:
- Incorrect size selected by the customer;
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout;
- Minor print, alignment, or color variations inherent to on-demand manufacturing;
- Damage occurring after confirmed delivery.
IV. Lost, damaged, or incorrect items
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or materially incorrect, you must contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and time reflected in the carrier’s official tracking record, interpreted using the time standard stated above.

Your submission must include all of the following:
- Your order number or other unique order identifier;
- Clear proof of purchase showing the transaction;
- Clear, dated photos documenting the issue;
- Photos of the packaging and shipping labels, where applicable.
Cropped, altered, obscured, or incomplete documentation may result in denial of the request.
After review, Chill Zone may offer a replacement, refund, partial refund, or store credit, as permitted by this Policy and applicable law. Some determinations may be informed by the policies and findings of our fulfillment partners (such as Printful), however Chill Zone remains your primary point of contact for resolution.
We may request additional documentation or, where appropriate, require return of the affected item before issuing a resolution.
V. Fraud, Abuse, and Prohibited Refund Behavior
Fraudulent or abusive refund activity is prohibited. This includes false claims, repeated misuse, unauthorized chargebacks, or attempts to exploit refund systems.
If necessary, Chill Zone may:
- Challenge chargebacks using available evidence;
- Report misuse to payment processors or related platforms;
- Restrict or block future purchases;
- Pursue remedies permitted under applicable law.
VI. Refund Method for Approved Cases
If a refund is approved, it will be issued:
- To the original payment method;
- In the original transaction currency;
- After eligibility verification is complete.
Refund processing times are determined by banks and payment processors and are outside our control.
VII. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection laws. Where local law provides stronger protections, those laws prevail.
VIII. No Waivers or Unauthorized Exceptions
No informal, unauthorized, or ad hoc modification of this Policy is permitted. Failure by Chill Zone to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of rights.
IX. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy periodically. Changes become effective upon publication with an updated effective date. Continued use of Chill Zone after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
