This fixed UTC–05:00 standard is the sole legally controlling time zone for all deadlines, interpretations, notices, and obligations under these Terms, regardless of user location or local timekeeping practices.

Controller & Operator: 冷z LLC (legally registered; pronounced “Leng Z LLC”), doing business as “Chill Zone” (trade name only; not a separate legal entity). For absolute legal clarity, “冷z” and “Leng Z” refer to the same legal entity without exception.

1. Copyright ownership

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all content on Chill Zone is exclusively owned by 冷z LLC (“Leng Z LLC”), including but not limited to:

• audio files, music, sounds, loops, background tracks, vocal elements;
• images, artwork, designs, wallpapers, graphics, visual compositions;
• text, descriptions, titles, product information, documentation;
• videos, animations, thumbnails, promotional graphics;
• site layout, HTML/CSS/JS code, structure, organization, metadata, and curated arrangement;
• logos, trademarks, brand identifiers, packaging, labels;
• digital downloads, physical product designs, and all derivative works thereof.

All rights are reserved. No rights are granted unless explicitly stated in a written, signed agreement issued by an authorized representative of 冷z LLC (“Leng Z LLC”).

2. Absolutely prohibited uses

Without express written permission, you may not, under any circumstances:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, share, upload, or repost any Chill Zone content;
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or extract data, files, images, audio, metadata, or code;
• Use AI systems, datasets, training models, or algorithms to ingest, analyze, transform, or imitate Chill Zone content;
• Create derivative works, remixes, modifications, or adaptations;
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, inspect code, or attempt to obtain underlying data or assets;
• Bypass licensing restrictions, download protections, or access controls;
• Re-upload, mirror, torrent, or distribute Chill Zone content on any platform;
• Sell, license, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit any Chill Zone content.

These prohibitions apply regardless of intent, including “educational use,” “personal use,” “non-commercial use,” “research,” or “AI experimentation.” Attempted violations are treated identically to successful ones.

3. AI, automation, and machine-learning restrictions

The following are strictly forbidden without a separate signed license:

• training AI, ML, or neural networks on any Chill Zone content;
• using Chill Zone content as prompts, seeds, references, or input material for AI systems;
• attempting to recreate, imitate, approximate, or statistically model any Chill Zone content using AI;
• using spiders, bots, crawlers, headless browsers, or automation tools to access any part of the site.

4. This page does not grant a license

Your rights (if any) to use Chill Zone content are governed exclusively by the Licensing Agreement and our Terms & Conditions.

No use, reproduction, distribution, or adaptation is permitted unless explicitly stated in a signed written license. The absence of a watermark, lock, or technical restriction does not imply permission.

5. Enforcement, monitoring, and remedies

冷z LLC (“Leng Z LLC”) actively monitors for unauthorized use, including:

• web scraping and bot activity;
• repost detection across platforms;
• AI dataset scanning and model-training indicators;
• copyright fingerprint matching.

Upon detection of infringement, we may, at our sole discretion:

• Issue DMCA takedowns across all platforms and service providers;
• Issue invoices for unauthorized commercial use at rates determined solely by us;
• Block IP addresses, terminate access, and revoke licenses;
• Pursue civil claims for damages, attorneys’ fees, and injunctions;
• Refer malicious or intentional activity to law enforcement.

We do not provide grace periods or negotiation for infringement. “I did not know” is not a defense.
