User Conduct, Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activity Policy

Effective date: 01 January 2026
Time Standard: Eastern Standard Time (EST), permanently fixed at UTC–05:00, with no adjustments for Daylight Saving Time or any other time-change system. This fixed UTC–05:00 standard is the sole legally controlling time zone for all deadlines, interpretations, notices, and obligations under these Terms, regardless of user location or local timekeeping practices.

Controller & Operator: 冷z LLC (legally registered; pronounced “Leng Z LLC”), doing business as “Chill Zone” (trade name only; not a separate legal entity). For absolute legal clarity, “冷z” and “Leng Z” refer to the same legal entity without exception.

This Policy forms an integral part of our Terms & Conditions and Licensing Agreement. Where documents overlap, the provision that most effectively protects Chill Zone, to the fullest extent permitted by law, controls.

1. Purpose and scope

This Policy defines acceptable conduct and prohibited behavior when using:

• The Chill Zone website and related services;
• Any accounts, communications, or access mechanisms;
• All Chill Zone content, systems, and infrastructure.

2. Acceptable conduct

• Use Chill Zone lawfully and within granted license scope;
• Provide accurate information;
• Respect others and refrain from abusive behavior;
• Protect your account credentials;
• Comply with all applicable policies.

3. Prohibited conduct (summary)

• Illegal activity or regulatory violations;
• Harassment, threats, or abuse;
• Fraud, impersonation, or payment abuse;
• Intellectual property infringement;
• Security attacks or system interference;
• Scraping, crawling, or automated access;
• AI or machine-learning use involving Chill Zone content;
• Bypassing safeguards or enforcement measures.

4. Security and access abuse

You may not probe, test, scan, or attack Chill Zone systems without prior written authorization. Unauthorized attempts are treated as violations regardless of intent or outcome.

5. Intellectual property violations

Chill Zone content may not be copied, redistributed, repackaged, or reused outside the scope of the applicable license. No implied rights exist.

6. AI, scraping, and automated access

Chill Zone content may not be used for training, evaluating, prompting, or influencing AI systems, nor may automated tools access or extract content.

7. User communications

Submitted content must be lawful and respectful. We may remove or restrict content that violates this Policy or applicable law.

8. Enforcement

Violations may result in proportionate enforcement actions, including suspension, termination, technical restrictions, content removal, or legal remedies, as permitted by law.

9. Destruction requirements

We may require deletion of unauthorized copies and certification of compliance where legally appropriate.

10. Reporting

Suspected violations may be reported to legal@chillzonecool.com.

11. Changes

This Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
