Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: 01 January 2026

Time Standard: Eastern Standard Time (EST), permanently fixed at UTC–05:00, with no adjustments for Daylight Saving Time or any other time-change system. This fixed UTC–05:00 standard is the sole legally controlling time zone for all deadlines, interpretations, notices, and obligations under these Terms, regardless of user location or local timekeeping practices.

Controller & Operator: 冷z LLC (legally registered; pronounced “Leng Z LLC”), doing business as “Chill Zone” (trade name only; not a separate legal entity). For absolute legal clarity, “冷z” and “Leng Z” refer to the same legal entity without exception.

I. Relationship to other legal documents

This Policy supplements and forms part of our Terms & Conditions, Licensing Agreement, Privacy Policy, Purchase Policy, and Refunds & Returns Policy.

Where documents overlap, the provision that most strongly protects Chill Zone’s rights and system integrity applies, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

II. Permitted use

You may access and use the Website and Chill Zone services only for lawful purposes and strictly in accordance with:

• this Acceptable Use Policy;
• our Terms & Conditions;
• our Licensing Agreement; and
• all applicable local, national, and international laws.

III. Prohibited conduct

You must not, directly or indirectly, engage in any conduct that compromises Chill Zone’s systems, content, users, or legal rights.

Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

• Violating any applicable law, regulation, sanction, or export control;
• Submitting false, misleading, or unauthorized payment or identity information;
• Attempting to bypass checkout, licensing, access, or security controls;
• Using bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated tools to access or extract content;
• Reverse engineering, probing, scanning, or testing system vulnerabilities;
• Interfering with site performance, availability, or integrity;
• Engaging in harassment, abuse, threats, hate, or unlawful conduct;
• Uploading malicious code, malware, exploits, or harmful payloads.

IV. AI systems, automation, and data misuse

Use by the user, or for the user’s benefit, of Chill Zone content, systems, or services in connection with any artificial intelligence, machine-learning, automation, or data-extraction system is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized in a signed written agreement.

Prohibited AI-related conduct includes:

• Training, fine-tuning, evaluating, or seeding AI systems with Chill Zone content;
• Generating derivative outputs based on Chill Zone content;
• Embedding Chill Zone content into datasets, vector databases, or RAG pipelines;
• Automated scraping or indexing of any site content;
• Using Chill Zone materials to benchmark or simulate competing products.

These prohibitions apply regardless of whether outputs are transformed, abstracted, anonymized, or claimed to be non-identifiable.

V. Account and access abuse

You must not share, sell, sublicense, or allow third parties to access your account, downloads, licenses, or purchased content.

Abuse patterns—including repeated refund misuse, chargeback abuse, credential sharing, or suspicious activity—may result in enforcement action.

VI. Enforcement and corrective actions

Chill Zone may take any action deemed necessary to protect its systems, users, and legal rights, including:

• Content removal or access restriction;
• Suspension or termination of accounts;
• Cancellation of orders or licenses without refund;
• Blocking IP addresses or regions;
• Challenging chargebacks;
• Issuing takedown notices;
• Reporting conduct to payment processors or platforms;
• Pursuing legal remedies where permitted by law.

Enforcement decisions may be taken immediately and without prior notice, particularly where security, fraud, or legal compliance is at risk.

VII. No circumvention or workaround

You may not attempt to circumvent enforcement actions, restrictions, suspensions, or technical controls through alternate accounts, identities, devices, or methods.

VIII. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time to reflect operational, security, or legal changes. Updates take effect upon publication with a revised effective date.
