Purchase Policy
This Purchase Policy (“Policy”) operates together with our Terms & Conditions, Refunds & Returns Policy, Shipping Policy, and Licensing Agreement. In the event of overlap, mandatory applicable law controls first. Subject to mandatory law, the document most specifically governing the issue controls over more general documents.
I. Scope of this Policy
This Policy applies to all purchases made on https://chillzonecool.com and covers both digital and physical products, including:
- Digital audio products (music, soundscapes, background audio, loops, and similar content);
- Digital wallpapers and other digital visual assets;
- Apparel and other physical goods featuring Chill Zone artwork or branding;
- Any other paid products or services we may offer (“Products”).
II. Eligibility to purchase
By placing an order, you represent that:
- You meet all eligibility requirements specified in our Terms & Conditions;
- You are authorized to use the payment method submitted;
- Your purchase complies with applicable laws, sanctions, and restrictions;
- You are not purchasing for misuse, including unauthorized redistribution or infringement of intellectual property.
III. Prices, currency, and taxes
- Prices displayed at checkout apply only to that order and may change prior to purchase.
- Pricing, promotions, and availability may be modified without prior notice.
- You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, VAT, or import-related charges unless stated otherwise.
- We may correct listing or pricing errors, including after an order is submitted. If correction requires cancellation, a refund will be issued to the original payment method where possible.
IV. Payment methods and authorization
Payments are processed through Stripe using the payment methods displayed at checkout. We do not accept payment types outside those listed.
By submitting payment information, you authorize:
- Verification of the payment method;
- Charging of the full order amount, including applicable taxes and fees;
- Fraud-prevention and security measures implemented by us or our payment processors.
Unauthorized payment activity violates this Policy and our Terms & Conditions and may result in cancellation or other actions permitted by law.
V. Digital products: delivery and usage
Digital products are delivered via download links, account access, or other methods described during checkout. Delivery is complete once the content is made reasonably accessible.
- You are responsible for timely downloading and secure storage of files.
- Access mechanisms may change due to technical, operational, or legal reasons; this does not affect licenses already granted where continued access is required by applicable law.
- All digital content is subject to our Licensing Agreement.
Unauthorized sharing, distribution, or misuse violates this Policy and may result in enforcement under our Terms & Conditions and Licensing Agreement.
VI. Physical products: production and shipping
Physical products are produced on demand by third-party fulfillment providers. Production times vary and are not guaranteed.
- Shipping timelines depend on carriers, destination, customs, and external factors.
- Risk of loss generally passes upon confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout, as reflected in the carrier’s delivery record, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
- Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

VII. Order review, acceptance, and cancellation
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase Products. Chill Zone may lawfully and reasonably review, accept, or decline orders in accordance with applicable law.
Orders may be canceled due to:
- Payment irregularities or suspected unauthorized use;
- Pricing or listing errors;
- Availability or fulfillment issues;
- Legal or regulatory requirements.
If an order is canceled after payment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method where possible.
VIII. Prohibited purchasing behavior
Prohibited conduct includes:
- Use of false or unauthorized payment credentials;
- Submission of inaccurate or misleading identity or shipping information;
- Attempts to bypass technical or checkout controls;
- Use of bots, scripts, or automated systems in a manner prohibited under our Terms & Conditions;
- Purchasing for unauthorized redistribution or license violations;
- Misuse of chargebacks or initiation of fraudulent disputes.
IX. Refunds, chargebacks, and statutory withdrawal rights
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refunds & Returns Policy. Digital products are generally non-refundable unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
EU customers may have statutory withdrawal rights as described in our Right of Withdrawal Policy.
Chargebacks initiated without a legitimate basis may be challenged and may limit future purchasing ability.
X. Errors and force majeure
We may correct pricing or listing errors even after an order is placed. If correction requires cancellation, a refund will be issued.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including service outages, supply-chain disruptions, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
XI. Changes to this Purchase Policy
We may update this Policy at any time. Updated versions become effective upon publication with a revised effective date. Continued placement of orders constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
